- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went to Dr. Salha for a routine check up for the first time. He told me I had 10 cavities which struck me as odd considering I went to a dentist a year before and didn't have any. When I asked for further clarification on the cavities Dr. Salha got very defensive and when I suggested that I would likely get a second opinion he essentially walked out of the room. Additionally, the follow-up document they emailed me included the estimated cost to me post-insurance. I understand that this was just an estimate but it was hundreds of dollars off what it would have cost me. This would have been a pretty nasty surprise had I not done my research. I ended up going back to my childhood dentist a few weeks later who told me I had two cavities. I'm glad I waited and went to someone I trusted before allowing Dr. Salha to drill into 10 of my teeth unnecessarily!September 09, 2017by Jessica Herbert
