- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I made an appointment in late December '13 for an April '14 visit. She is in high demand, so I hope she can help with my medical concern. However, if bad customer service is your pet peeve, be aware the office's scheduling staff is jaw-droppingly unhelpful. Like, DMV unhelpful. Over the course of several phone calls I felt like I was in a Saturday Night Live skit, it was that bad. I'll update this review once I see Dr. Adler.
