- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Staff = 5/5 Facilities = 1/5 (floors are dirty and there are dirty pieces of gauze and gloves lying around) Wait time: not even worth rating. Awful. Waiting 5.5 hours for a sprain diagnosis and to fill out paperwork. Not to mention, I heard one nurse telling the doctor about my case and the doc said, "she can wait a bit longer" seriously? All I need you to do is explain my X-ray, let me fill out my paperwork and then leave. Instead I've been relegated to this stupid room for 2/5 hours... If you're able, you're seriously better off going somewhere else.September 11, 2017by Tara N
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Facilities are dirty and the support staff is lackluster to mean. For instance, the technician wouldn't let me in the same room while they did an ultrasound on my wife. However, the doctors here are usually decent. They definately need to buy some vending machines and hire a maid or two at least. If you can, go to INOVA Fairfax instead.July 22, 2017by John Heithaus
