- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I found his office not to be overly concerned when I called to make an emergency appointment for my 89 year old mother. I was told that he was completely booked for that day and perhaps they could fit her in the next. I decided (against her wishes) to take her to the emergency room at Holy Cross Hospital, where she was admitted and was a patient there for three days. I believe a visit to Dr. Soufi may have saved her from a hospital admission, as he is her primary care physician and knows her best. I don't think it's Dr. Soufi who is a less than desirable physician; however, his office staff is incompetent! They did not ask me any questions about my mother's condition or why I wanted to bring her in. I was immediately told he could not see her. As a result, we will be changing doctors immediately.April 03, 2017by Emille Robinson
